Omar Khodeir is a Senior Associate in the Litigation Department of Al Tamimi & Company Abu Dhabi office. He represents major clients in numerous litigation cases before all levels of UAE’s summary, local and federal courts, including civil claims and criminal matters, along with handling arbitration cases. A former Public Prosecutor where he was exposed to a considerable experience in criminal law to conclude numerous investigations and interrogations of criminals in cases involving death incidents, drugs, sexual assaults, suicide case, forgery, fraud, and accidents causing injuries/death.  

A member of the ICC Young Arbitration Forum and  one of the UAE representatives for YIAG-LCIA. Hosted as a speaker in different events regarding evidence, procedures and the judicial system of the UAE in venues such as New York University in Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, along with Pearl FM Dubai radio station discussing the new UAE Law issued in 2016 safeguarding the rights of children.
